8 Steps to a better you! Oh boy, am I ever excited today to tell you all about a brand new book I have to share with you today. I can’t wait to share what it’s all about. I think every single one of us want to be able to tackle at least one of their battles to feeling more confident within themselves. This book shares with you some great ways to do this.
Before I go any farther I want to share a true and personal story with you. I was talking with a friend the other day who decided to share that they were feeling pretty low emotionally at the time. They then elaborated a bit and went further to explain that sometimes as they continued to think about so much going on in their life they would become overwhelmed from the worry to the point that it caused anxiety. Boy could I relate to that. I shared how my heart hurt for them at that very moment. I then told them that I too have lived with anxiety.
I felt a responsibility to go further and explain to them how I learned some ways to identify what set on my anxiety and then how to rid myself of the worry. I shared how it had been well over three years since I had experienced any type of panic or anxiety attack since I learned how to stop them. I couldn’t wait to share what I had learned to help myself because I knew it could help them too. Wow….did that ever sound like some commercial to buy something. I promise you it was not! It was a real valid information that I learned while I was going through some tough stuff. It took me time to perfect how to identify what was going on in my life but with time, I learned how to cope in a much healthier way.
Don’t we all want to know what makes us tick in the sense of bringing out our worst and our best? What if you were given some of the tools to help you identify this?
